A 24-year-old adult performer has revealed her entire surgical journey, warning others about the “slippery slope” of going under the knife.
A British porn star has revealed how she spent more than $100,000 on cosmetic procedures to enhance her body after becoming one of the world’s most popular sex workers.
Lily Phillips, 24, joined an adult content platform in 2020 and has since gained global notoriety for splashing her extreme sexual exploits all over social media, reportedly making millions in the process.
She’s also starred in several docos discussing her explicit antics, including an episode of Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over, which saw her parents beg her to quit the X-rated job.
Now she’s opened up about the cosmetic surgery she’s undergone in the past few years, revealing she decided to get a labiaplasty with her first big pay cheque.
Labiaplasty reduces or reshapes the inner vaginal lips for cosmetic or functional purposes.

“Honestly it’s kind of hard looking back now because I used to watch things like porn and there was no representation of women having a long labia,” she told news.com.au.
“That sounds crazy but it’s true — a lot of the girls that you see in porn have very like tucked away vaginas and labias, and it all looks very neat, and that is definitely not what mine looked like.”
She said that with her own anatomy there was one side that was longer than the other, and while no one had directly said anything to her about it, she fell victim to comparing herself to others in the industry.
Phillips said that the surgery had the desired impact, with the young adult entertainer stating that she loved how her body looked now.
Labiaplasty procedures are on the rise, with data showing there was a 36 per cent increase between 2020 and 2021 in the United States, according to the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery National Databank.
As with all cosmetic surgeries, there are health risks and body image concerns going under the knife can present.
And this is something that Phillips definitely thinks about, stating that while she doesn’t regret her procedure, she does think she missed an opportunity to be the representation she needed as a teenager.
“That’s why I try to be super open with [the procedures I’ve had, because it’s something that I have thought about,” she said.
“When you’re looking at a girl on the internet and you’re like, ‘wow, why don’t I have a bum like that or boobs like that’, and half the time it’s because of plastic surgery or just genetics, and when you are younger you don’t quite understand that.”
The labiaplasty was far from Phillips’ only cosmetic surgery, revealing that two years after her “designer vagina” procedure, she also had liposuction underneath her chin and chin implants.
She said initially she was speaking to the surgeon about getting a nose job to enhance her face. However, instead of getting a nose job, she eventually decided to go for chin liposuction and implants to make her face more angular.
In addition, Phillips has had 360 degree liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift — commonly known as one of the “most dangerous” procedures due to the fact that injected fat can cause a blockage in a blood vessel in the lungs.
It also has the same risks as other surgeries, and skin infections such as cellulitis and contour deformity can also develop.
Phillips said that while she doesn’t have any other cosmetic treatments planned but that she “wasn’t opposed”.
She said a lot of people say they just want “one thing” and then they will be “happy” — but often, insecurities then move on to another thing. She said it was often a “slippery slope” and now she really considers whether another procedure would make her happy.
