With only one more day until the festival floodgates open, the Ekka has teased its new treat variety which promises to tingle all tastebuds.
Attendees are invited to quite literally taste the rainbow by wrapping their lips around a multi-coloured burger or toastie, complete with colourful melted cheese.
Meanwhile sweet-tooths can try out a special Dole Whip dessert usually exclusive to Disneyland California or perhaps some Hong-Kong style bubble waffles topped with cereal-sly delicious Fruit Loops.
And those who want to put their tummy to the test can feast on an incredible 2kg bucket of nuggets served with chunky fries, bacon, cheese sauce and spring onion.
Traditional Ekka fan-favourites will also make a return including the exquisite fine-dining Royal Queensland Steakhouse and Bar and Gourmet Plaza, featuring flavours from all around the world.
