This Is Us star Chrissy Metz appears to call Alison Brie a ‘b**ch’ in live mic blunder

The TV star was wrapping up an interview when she appeared to let the hosts know what she really thought of their next guest — and it was all captured on camera.

It’s a night where all eyes (and ears) are on a celebrity’s every move — something This Is Us star Chrissy Metz seemed to forget while on the Golden Globes red carpet.

The actor was wrapping up an interview with the Golden Globes’ Facebook Live show when co-host AJ Gibson asked if she knew Alison Brie.

“Do I?” Metz replied.

“I hear she’s at the other end of the carpet,” Gibson said, as the camera panned towards Brie.

Then, with Metz seemingly unaware her microphone was still on, the This Is Us star appeared to say: “She’s such a b**ch.”

Brie appeared not to hear Metz’s remark, but unfortunately for the TV star her off-the-cuff comment didn’t go unnoticed by people watching the live stream, who posted the video on Twitter and accused the This Is Us star of calling the other actor a “bitch”.

Luckily it seems like there is no bad blood between the two, with Metz taking to Twitter to assure viewers she was a fan of Brie and that it was “completely fabricated” that she had slammed the star.

It seems both Brie and Metz are good friends, with the women previously posing together for photos on the Screen Actors Guild Awards red carpet in 2017.
