The alleged altercation happened during Vivid’s opening weekend.

Sadee Sub Luban handed himself into police after an appeal for information following a serious assault that left a teenager, 18, needing hospital treatment for multiple facial fractures, The Daily Telegraph reported.

Luban was allegedly seen arguing with a man at Circular Quay on Saturday night before a fight broke out. Onlookers reportedly had to break up the altercation.

The teenager was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and taken to Royal North Shore Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries.

The 20-year-old was charged with reckless grievous bodily harm and was granted bail with strict conditions.

He will appear at Downing Centre Local Court on June 22.
