There is no stopping Abbie Chatfield.

In the last six months alone the former The Bachelor contestant landed her own radio show Hot Nights with Abbie Chatfield on the Hit Network, was announced as a judge on the upcoming season of Masked Singer Australia, and also embarked on a sellout national live show tour.

And now, the Instagram influencer has revealed she’s officially landed her own TV show, Abbie Chats, as part of Channel 10’s pilot showcase premiering in July.

The 27-year-old took to Instagram with the exciting news, writing, “Ya girl has a spot in (Channel 10’s) pilot showcase. This show is not just something I’m hosting, but also a concept of my own that has been a long time in the making.”

An official synopsis of the show on 10 play reads: “Abbie Chatfield is on a mission to explore, understand and reveal worlds not commonly seen or heard from on television. Abbie dives into two opposite ends of a subject, bringing her signature unapologetic brand of curiosity, passion and authenticity along, and asking all the questions the audience would never dare to.”

Chatfield’s show is part of six brand new offerings from the network as part of its showcase, with the pilot episodes to premiere on Channel 10’s streaming platform, 10 Play, on July 4.

Ten’s pilot week will give those involved the opportunity to present their respective programs to a prime-time audience, with MasterChef’s Melissa Leong and Courtney Act among the big names to land their own shows.

Chatfield first shot to fame as the runner-up on the 2019 series of The Bachelor, in which she was branded the “villain” of Matt Agnew’s season.

She’s since enjoyed a meteoric rise in the Australian showbiz landscape, after winning the 2021 season of I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! and landing a string of the aforementioned gigs.

And it appears her multiple opportunities have certainly paid well, with Chatfield dropping nearly $1.8 million on a Sydney apartment in May.

It marked her second property purchase, after acquiring a $1.45 million Byron Bay home last year.
