Gold Coast fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow has hit back at online trolls who made negative comments about her breasts after she shared a series of photos of herself wearing a tight white tank top.

Gold Coast fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow has hit back at the online trolls who have been making negative comments about her breasts.

In a series of Instagram stories posted on Friday night, Hembrow took a stand against the haters who have been questioning the size and shape of her bust after she shared a series of photos of herself in a tight white tank top.

The 29-year-old’s 16.6 million followers were quick to take notice of the influencer’s bustier appearance, with some asking if she had had new breast implants and others suggesting she needs to “get them redone”.

But Hembrow was quick to put the rumours to bed, explaining that she is still breastfeeding her third child, daughter Posy, who she welcomed with ex-fiance Matt Poole in June 2022.

“I just got the silliest little comment – it just made me want to jump on here and remind people if you don’t have anything nice to say – don’t say anything at all. It’s so-so simple,” she said in the video.

“This comment – it was ‘I think it’s time to get them redone’ about my boobs, obviously. And firstly, I’m breastfeeding. My boobs are different every five seconds of the day. Secondly ... you can have whatever opinion you want. You don’t need to comment. Like it’s so simple and basic. Just like be a nice person.”

Despite Hembrow’s plea for kindness, curious fans and negative commenters continued to litter her Instagram comments with questions, with one asking “Did u get the girls redone”.

“Are those new?” a comment read.

“She has a disproportionate body I think it’s not natural, but if she likes herself like that,” another said.

Hembrow, has been posting fitness content to Instagram since 2014, continued her rant, speaking out against the nastiness she has seen in the comment sections of social media.

“It actually blows my mind some of the things people comment on other people’s posts,” she said.

“Even like on other people’s posts, I’ll see some ridiculous comment. I’m like ‘why did you feel the need to say that’, it says a lot more about your character than the person you’re commenting about.”

Tammy has been open about her previous breast augmentation, after admitting to her followers in 2020 that she had the procedure after she had her second child, daughter Saskia in a YouTube video.

“I got my boobs done after I had Sass after I stopped breastfeeding her actually,” she said in the video.

“I just think it sucked the life out of my boobs. They were just little saggy pieces of skin after.”
