One of Brisbane’s most highly anticipated resorts featuring 340 luxurious rooms is open for bookings ahead of its major unveilling next month.
The Star hotel will feature three infinity edge pools, a pool bar, steam room, gym and sauna as part of the $3.6bn Queen’s Wharf Brisbane development.
The Star Brisbane Chief Executive Officer Daniel Finch said the launch of hotel bookings marked a pivotal milestone in the resort’s multi-staged opening.
“As the team prepare to unveil a destination almost a decade in the making, we are thrilled to invite guests of The Star Grand hotel to be among the first to experience the grand possibilities that await,” Mr Finch said.
“The Star Grand’s floor-to-ceiling windows will serve as a spectacular vantage point to capture the electrifying displays of Brisbane Festival, before we kick into Footy Finals, Melbourne Cup and all the festivities of Christmas and New Year’s Eve.”
The Star Grand also includes a 21m glass oculus which will welcome natural light to the grand entrance alongside an enormous 15m floating botanical sculpture Inhabitant takes pride of place.
