With jumping castles, food vans, a surprise visit from Santa and Mrs Claus and live music, Maryborough’s annual Christmas Street Party went off with a bang on Saturday night.

The event was attended by hundreds of people, with families gathering to celebrate the festive season.

Part of Kent St was closed, with the new green space opposite Maryborough City Hall and the town green used to accommodate the entertainment and the market stalls.

Kids enjoyed meeting Santa and Mrs Claus and posing for photos with the Christmas tree outside city hall.
