MARGAUX Parker has been announced has Triple M’s new Big Breakfast co-host as the station bids farewell to Robin Bailey.
The wife of rugby league legend Corey Parker and mum of four will take over the morning slot alongside Marto and Nick Cody as Bailey steps away from the mic to support husband Sean Pickwell who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

“It’s a privilege to pass over the microphone,” an emotional Bailey said while on air this morning.
“They [Triple M] gave me an amazing opportunity at the age of nearly 50 to completely reinvent myself in a completely different format.”
Bailey said it was the time for her to be with her family who are treating each day as it comes during this tough time.
Parker moves to the station the weekend of Riverfire from her Gold Coast drive show with Luke Bradman, The Rush Hour on Gold 92.5.
“I started my radio career here at Triple M … and so glad to be back with the team,” she said.
“I look forward to hopefully having a career as long and as successful as hers [Bailey].”
Dubbing Bailey “the queen of Brisbane radio” Parker claims she is just a “simple princess” and has “some big shoes to fill”.
With four kids at home under the age of 10, Parker says her tight-knit family unit will easily adjust to mum not being home at home in the morning.
“We have great family and friends, and Corey does a great job at home with the kids,” she said.
“We share the parenting 50-50 and he is very supportive of me and my career, as I have to his career over the last 16 years.”
