Celebrity chef Matt Golinski has made beautiful new Christmas memories this year, with the birth of his second daughter to wife Erin Yarwood.
Sunshine Coast based Mr Golinksi shared the happy news on social media on December 27, saying: “Welcome to the world Tillie Rose Golinski, our little Christmas miracle.”
Ms Yarwood was also delighted to share her latest news.
“Matt and I are over the moon to update you all on the happy (long awaited!) arrival of our newest and super precious family member … meet Tillie Rose.
“Our very beautiful and exciting Christmas present born on Christmas Day.
“Mum and Bub are doing great. Dad is in his beautiful love bubble.
“And we have one very excited, very natural and extremely smitten big sister.
“We are all just so in love.”
The healthy baby girl was born on Christmas Day, almost 10 years to the day the chef’s first wife Rachael and their three daughters, twins Sage and Willow, 12, and Starlia, 10, perished in a house fire on Boxing Day, 2011.
It was a tragedy that shook the nation.
Mr Golinski, who suffered burns to 40 per cent of his body while desperately trying to save his family, was in a coma for eight weeks and endured 24 operations.
Several years later, the former Ready Steady Cook TV star found love again with Yarwood, his personal trainer, and they married in 2017, giving birth to their first child, Aluna Bennie Golinski, that same year.
At the time, Mr Golinski said his new daughter was “perfect”. “There’s (sic) truly no words to describe how happy I am right now,” he said.
