Lisa Origliasso of The Veronicas announces engagement to long-term partner Logan Huffman

ONE of the Veronicas is officially off the market. The Origliasso sister has taken to social media to announce the news she is engaged, posting a picture with her beau.

LISA Origliasso is officially off the market.

The Brisbane singer-songwriter, who makes up one half of The Veronicas, took to social media on Monday afternoon to announce the news she was engaged to long-term partner Logan Huffman to her 161,000 followers.

Origliasso posted a picture of the loved-up couple, revealing the American actor had popped the question while they were holidaying in the Gold Coast Hinterland last month.

“A month ago the love of my life burnt a blood sucking leech off me in the middle of the Queensland rainforest... then asked me to be with him forever,” she wrote.

“His love has been life changing. Needless to say this is going to be the best year yet.”

Huffman also took to Instagram to gush about their engagement alongside a shot of Origliasso picking a flower, with what appears to be her engagement ring pictured.

The unique ring features a triangle-shaped stone.

“The first time I saw her she was holding a flower,” he wrote.

“It was the way she was holding it with delicacy, care and love that made me fall so hard for her.

“I Knew that I would treat her the same as she treated that flower.

“I found someone that I am incapable of not being madly in love with. And I’ve asked her to be my Betrothed. My Wife.”

The pair have been together since 2014.

Lisa’s sister Jessica only recently revealed she had rekindled her romance with Aussie actor and DJ Ruby Rose after working on the film clip for The Veronica’s new single On Your Side.
