Diners at the swank Lobby Bar at trendy Brisbane hotspot the Calile Hotel were lucky enough to rub shoulders with three of the most famous people on the planet at the weekend.
Julia Roberts, George Clooney and his wife Amal Clooney – a famous human rights barrister in her own right – were snapped by a fellow patron dining at the restaurant on Saturday.
Roberts and Amal Clooney sat next to each other, while George Clooney was seated opposite.
The trio are understood to be longtime friends after Roberts and George Clooney filmed Ocean’s Eleven together in 2001, and collaborated on its subsequent sequels.
They are two of Hollywood’s most bankable stars, and are in Queensland to film romantic comedy Ticket to Paradise.
Filming took place at Brisbane’s international airport on Friday and City Hall on Saturday.
