Brisbane breakfast radio trio Bianca, Mike and Bob are set to be the victims of a major shake-up at 97.3FM for 2020, with two of the hosts set to leave their roles in the primetime slot.

BRISBANE radio hosts Mike Van Acker and Bianca Dye will be leaving their roles at 97.3FM’s Breakfast Show as part of a 2020 shake-up.
The Australian Radio Network released a statement today announcing they will be taking Brisbane’s 97.3FM’s Breakfast show in a new direction for the New Year.

“Mike has been a much-loved and respected part of the 97.3FM breakfast show, and ARN thank him for his talent, passion and professionalism during the past two years,” the statement read.
“While Bianca is departing the breakfast slot, she will remain with ARN in 2020, in a new capacity.”
Bob Gallagher will remain with 97.3FM in 2020.
The show’s executive producer Liam Renton will also be finishing his role as “part of the new strategy for 97.3Fm breakfast”.
“An exciting Breakfast show for 97.3FM is currently in development, and will be announced in the new year,” the statement ended.
