Ruby Rose reveals slender frame on red carpet at Resident Evil: The Final Chapter premiere

FOLLOWING an intense training schedule and after suffering from “the worst virus”, Ruby Rose has revealed a tiny frame on the red carpet.

RUBY Rose has revealed a slender frame on the red carpet at the world premiere of Resident Evil: The Final Chapter in Los Angeles.

Just a few weeks after suffering from “the worst virus”, the 30-year-old glammed up for the event, showing off a tiny waistline in an orange and black silk gown.

As well as working a gruelling schedule over recent months, the star battled a bout of illness after travelling to Mexico. Prior to her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier this year, Rose revealed to fans she had to pump herself up with vitamin shots.

“When you have been bed ridden with the worst virus since Mexico but today you have to do @theellenshow and fly to London for the @xxxmovie premiere and you need ALLLLL THE HEALTH. LETS GO!!!!” she captioned a photo on Instagram of the shots.

The star also just wrapped up an intense training schedule while filming xXx: Return Of Xander Cage.

The hardcore training program ran “seven days a week” for the Aussie actress, who plays kick-ass sniper Adele Wolff in the third instalment of the series.

“Probably three or four days a week we did sniper training, then the other days were just exercise — fitness, strength ... a lot of strength!” she revealed to news.com.au.

“I do a lot of work [in the movie] like climbing a tree in the Dominican Republic at 4am with just silk ropes ... and I’d have to pull my body weight up, after ten hours of shooting the day before.”
