Once the haunt of antique lovers, a small inner city High Street has transformed into an entertainment hub for cashed up urban professionals.
Years after the rejuvenation process started and a swag of vacant retail tenancies to cope with the Gabba end of Logan Road — a 150m cul-de-sac — is now fully occupied.

Elders Commercial’s Robert Koster, who with Ben Hackett have completed a string of leasing deals this year, said “this hub is heaving and now has no retail vacancies”.
“This area was once know for its antiques and going back about eight years ago the rejuvenation process started,” he said.
“There’s always been a vacancy around but everything is now fully leased.
“And it’s attracting a real mix of people from urban hipsters to an older high-end category. attracted to restaurants like Detour and 1889 Enoteca and your day time cafe users.”
Mr Koster said high end hair and beauty salon Ella & Jade recently took up the last available retail space in a heritage building at 11 Logan Road.
They joined Grinders Coffee, Detour restaurant, boutique effects pedal store Signal Chain Signal Chain and Richard Kirk Architects.
Other recent deals by Mr Koster and Mr Hackett include Easy Times Brewery over two levels at 20 Logan Road and American BBQ, burgers and pizza specialists Mac From Way Back at 33 Logan Road.
Mr Hackett said an important factor in the rejuvenation of Logan Road were the apartment projects which are bringing thousands of people to the area.
He said the precinct is surrounded by four recently completed high rise developments and GABBA Central is across the road.
“This precinct is buzzing. New apartment towers from Aria and Pellicano’s South City Square staged development and a few by other developers have popped up,” Mr Hackett said.
“That has seen a massive influx and two and one-bedroom apartments which are predominantly occupied by 20 to 30-year-old young cashed up professionals.”
