A prestige car dealership is set to open its state-of-the-art showroom on the Gold Coast, and claims it could be mistaken for a premium boutique hotel.

GOLD Coast BMW will slip into high gear just before Christmas with its new state-of-the-art dealership which they claim could be mistaken for a luxury hotel.

Just three years since purchasing the Bruce Lynton BMW franchise, the brand will move into a 1.1ha site at 285 Southport-Nerang Rd, Southport, which BMW claims will set a new standard for luxury, convenience and customer service on the Gold Coast.

The dealership boasts a spacious 30-car showroom. Incorporating a number of exclusive showroom spaces for specialist BMW models including the high-performance M brand, the luxurious 7 Series and bold 8 Series, and the innovative BMW I brand, the dealership is also home to a dedicated MINI Showroom.

Gold Coast BMW dealer principal Kathleen Broadway said the completion of the new development was the next evolution of the Gold Coast region’s only accredited BMW dealership.

“Our aim always is to deliver the ultimate customer experience,” she said. “Our new purpose-built dealership has been designed with our guests in mind – it embodies the definition of BMW luxury.

“Inspired by the design and customer centricity of some of the world’s most renowned retail destinations, this one-stop facility.”

A large focus was placed on the aesthetic of the dealership, which some could mistake as a premium boutique hotel.

“Our focus is to redefine the high-quality service and unique retail experience that is synonymous with the brands we represent,” Ms Broadway said.

“We understand how busy our customers are and have incorporated a valet-style drive way for service drop-offs and additional workshop capacity to ensure servicing customer vehicles is quicker, easier and more convenient than ever.

“Fast lane servicing, a 90-minute service option, is another way the dealership is catering to the needs of the customer. With a reduced waiting time, our clients can relax in our cafe, plug in at our business hub featuring workstations and wi-fi, or chat with our BMW Genius to learn more about the range.”
