Fraser Properties’ luxurious Rivers Reach development to sell homes for more than $3.68m

An exclusive luxury residential development on the last available riverfront site of a masterplanned Brisbane community will have homes with a price tags from $3.68m.

Construction will start later this year on Frasers Property Australia’s $35m Rivers Reach project in Hamilton which will feature 11 freehold homes overlooking the river.

The development — designed by bureau^proberts — will include two and three-level freehold homes all with four ensuite bedrooms, a separate powder room, multipurpose room and three-car basement garage.

A private lift and heated pool are standard with select home or buyers include them in a customised home.

Absolute waterfront homes across two levels will be priced from $2.8m and the three-level properties — including a lift and a pool — are priced from $3.68m with final prices to be confirmed in a couple of weeks.

Within the Parkside Circuit precinct of Hamilton Reach the development will be built by Queensland-based construction firm McNab and will employ more than 100 workers.

Rivers Reach occupies last riverfront site in the precinct.

Frasers Property Australia general manager development Queensland Scott Ullman said the southeast Queensland premium market continued to go from strength-to-strength.

“As such, it was critical for us to find the right construction partner with a strong track record who really understood and appreciated this special stage given the luxury detail and premium finish.

“From the 6m to 9m-high voids to the natural marble stone, Blackbutt timber and custom windows or glazing, the use of high quality and considered finishes and fixtures are being incorporated to bring these unique architectural homes to life.

“The first stage of freehold homes are now sold and we are gearing up to launch the second stage this spring, with plans to commence construction later this year.”
