I love good Chinese food, and we are so fortunate that it’s abundant in our country. But even so, I still believe that homemade can be better – less oily, less sweet, not so salty. Plus, you can serve it up freshly made. Also, I have done the maths: we’re making more than $120 of Chinese takeaway favourites, designed to serve 6-8 people, for less than $50.
