Donald Trump said Attorney-General William Barr would resign before Christmas, making him the latest in a growing list of administration officials to exit their posts after angering the President.
In a series of tweets released moments after the electoral college formally cemented President-elect Joe Biden's 2020 election victory, Mr Trump said he and Mr Barr had a "nice meeting" at the White House.
