Washington | The US Supreme Court on Monday (Tuesday AEDT) ruled Donald Trump can remain on the presidential ballot in Colorado, handing the former president a major victory as his bid to return to the White House gains momentum.
The unanimous ruling overturned a decision from Colorado’s highest court that found the former president was not qualified to hold office because he was involved in insurrection in his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results.
