Arlington, Virginia | Former Telstra boss Andy Penn and former Liberal treasurer Joe Hockey are on a list of Australians who have been named to a new investment network launched by the Quad security group.

Over the weekend the Quad announced the formation of the Quad Investors Network, which is made up of public and private stakeholders from the group’s four nations of India, the United States, Japan and Australia.
