New York | Prince Andrew has failed to convince a judge to throw out a lawsuit accusing him of sexually abusing a teenage girl decades ago.
Virginia Giuffre alleges that the British royal was one of several powerful men to whom Jeffrey Epstein “lent” her for abuse as a teenager. The Duke of York has denied her allegation but also argued to a federal judge in New York that he is shielded from the suit by a 2009 settlement between Ms Giuffre and Epstein.
