New York delivers a September 11 property miracle

New York | Australian web designer Rosie Douglas remembers being very hesitant when she was told her new office was going to be on the 62nd floor of One World Trade Centre – the tallest building in America overlooking the September 11 memorial.
She had seen the tragedy unfold on television as a schoolgirl and, with her father being an American, it was very much stuck in her mind.
