McKinsey houses deep doubts after Bob Sternfels’ re-election
New York | When Bob Sternfels welcomed guests to a memorial for McKinsey’s revered former global managing partner, Ron Daniel, on Park Avenue last week, it was not clear if his own tenure in that role was going to be extended for another three years or cut short after just one term.
A vote among the consulting firm’s 750 senior partners was still open, bringing an unusual undercurrent to the proceedings.
