During a speech at his presidential library in Dallas, Bush made the mother of all Freudian slips. He denounced “the decision of one man to launch a wholly unjustified and brutal invasion of Iraq”. He quickly corrected himself and clarified that he was talking about Russian President Vladimir Putin. “I mean of Ukraine,” but then added, shaking his head, “Iraq, too.”
