Washington | US President Joe Biden will press his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping on the need to revive communications between the two countries’ militaries when they meet this week on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation (APEC) forum in San Francisco.
Mr Biden and Mr Xi are scheduled to sit down together on Wednesday (Thursday AEDT) for what will be there first conversation in a year.
