Israel upgrades travel warning for Australia amid antisemitism rise

The opposition has accused the Albanese government of failing to stem rising antisemitism, after Israel raised its travel warning for Australia to a “potential threat” for Jews.
As hostilities resumed in Gaza, Israel’s National Security Council overnight upgraded travel advice for dozens of countries amid ongoing concern for the safety of Israeli citizens travelling overseas.
