Paris | The Opals will have to focus on winning a bronze against Belgium on Sunday, after finding no answer to the confidence and class of Team USA – the immoveable force that has always stood between the Australians and a taste of Olympic gold.

So outplayed were the Australians, who lost the semi-final 85-64 on Friday (Saturday morning AEST), that coach Sandy Brondello said the result was more a case of disappointment than heartbreak.
