London | Russia will not be invited to the Queen’s funeral because of Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, diplomatic sources said Tuesday (Wednesday AEST).
The snub makes Vladimir Putin’s Kremlin one of only three national governments banned from the funeral.
