Putin escalates nuclear fears in Ukraine war speech

Moscow | Russian President Vladimir Putin escalated nuclear tensions on Tuesday in a speech in which he railed against Western countries, accusing them of igniting and sustaining the war in Ukraine.
He also insisted the West was to blame for his decision to invade Ukraine in February last year - a move that has led to the killings of tens of thousands of people.
