Kyiv | NATO castigated Russian President Vladimir Putin over his nuclear rhetoric a day after he said he planned to station tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus, escalating a standoff with the West.
The plan is one of Russia’s clearest nuclear signals since its forces attacked Ukraine 13 months ago, and Ukraine called for a meeting of the UN Security Council in response.
