The chief of Indonesia’s sovereign wealth fund says America’s contentious Inflation Reduction Act is giving countries opportunities to feed into US supply chains in ways not possible before.
Ridha Wirakusumah, chief executive of the Indonesian Investment Authority (INA), also said global turmoil and disruption, such as geopolitical tensions and the clean energy transition, had made for an “exciting” time for investors rather than a retreat.
