What time do you get up?

My mornings are pretty intense. At 5.15am I’m up. I am pretty serious about my sleep. I’m straight to the gym. Three days a week I see a strength and conditioning coach and other days I’m at home in the gym for 45 minutes to an hour. Then I do breathing exercises for about 20 minutes. I’ve had a wellness coach, Nam Baldwin, for about 12 years. He works with Mick Fanning, the Gold Coast Suns and quite a few CEOs. I speak to him once every two weeks.
