A willingness to listen, take risks and galvanise teams are among the traits that unite the six BOSS Young Executives for 2023.

In addition, this year’s cohort is comfortable to talk freely about the need to strike a balance between work and home life. It is a trend that has been emerging over the past few years, says Bonnie Boezeman, the BOSS Young Executives program’s longest-serving judge. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the program.
