Angus Ferguson, who is today named one of the BOSS Young Executives of 2023, is head of customer solutions at property marketplace Domain.

But his title belies an education and career path that the majority of Australians would not walk in a lifetime. Along the way, Ferguson won a soccer scholarship to university in the United States, considered becoming a professional soccer player but realised that was out of his reach, ran a real estate agent business at the age of 21 and co-founded and subsequently sold a start-up for $25 million.
