The CEO of this $1b company sold everything from make-up to chicken
Inghams chief executive Andrew Reeves’ first job out of university was selling beauty products.
Andrew Reeves had his career plan set. After 39 years working in consumer goods, in 2016, he decided it was time to retire from a full-time executive role and develop a portfolio of boards. First, one at Keytone Dairy – now known as Halo Foods – and then at Inghams, the country’s largest chicken producer.
Reeves, 67, and his wife, a professional executive coach, were excited about this next stage, which they hoped would involve more time with their children and grandchildren.
