What Australia needs to do to woo back overseas students
Australia has to reinstate the link between international students and immigration if it wants a long-term solution to the revenue crisis in universities, says the chairman of the International Students Education Agents Association, Mark Lucas.
Allowing international students an opportunity to work, and eventually migrate, was not only about supporting universities, it was important for the whole economy, Mr Lucas said.
