How Australia can become a world leader in green hydrogen
A short course is being developed to give electrical engineers the specialist knowledge they need to work in the emerging green hydrogen sector.
With its large amounts of sunshine and open space, Australia has the potential to become a major producer of green hydrogen. But the nation doesn’t have enough engineers with the specialist skills to take advantage of the opportunity.
It’s a skills gap that Matthew Priestley of the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications at the University of NSW is working to address.
