Despite collapsing test scores, NSW sticks to turnaround strategy

NSW Education Minister Sarah Mitchell says collapsing maths and science scores will be turned around by freeing up pay rates for teachers, but an audit shows only 0.1 per cent of teachers in NSW have been given higher-level accreditation since 2016.
