Why integrated working now trumps work-life balance
Work-life balance is old hat. These days it's all about integrated working, say recipients of The Australian Financial Review 100 Women of Influence 2019 awards who are juggling their own businesses while raising children.
“I don't like the work-life balance stereotype,” said Lucinda Hartley, a finalist in this year’s business and entrepreneur category, who has made a choice to have her children visible in her work life. “I'm trying to work on, what does an integrated family life look like?”
