In its first year of doing business, the RealTech Ventures Fund achieved an internal rate of return of 72 per cent, well above the 25 per cent promised in its sales pitch to investors.

Backed by some of the world’s real estate investment titans – including CBRE, Dexus and PGIM – it has now opened to select wealthy individuals and family offices that are eager for exposure to emerging technology innovations linked to Asia-Pacific property markets, commonly colloquialised as “proptech” or “realtech”.
