What on earth did Epic Games write in a submission in its landmark lawsuit against Apple, now being heard in a Federal Court in Melbourne, that could possibly be part of a “global effort” by Epic to undermine or evade Apple’s rules about app stores?
That’s what Federal Court Justice Jonathan Beach has set as homework for Apple’s lawyers, while he considers the possibility that Apple is “misusing a submission in this court to put pressure on Epic”.
