This entrepreneur has fought Google for years. The endgame is near
Australian tech entrepreneur and investor Matt Berriman will finally get his day in court against Google if a Californian judge rules in his favour this Friday, and says the US giant must justify the acts that killed his highly valued company Unlockd.
In what would be a landmark case in a growing global battle against the outsized power of big tech platforms, Mr Berriman has been seeking justice since his company went into administration in mid-2018, after Google cut off its revenue streams by banning its apps from its platforms.
