TechnologyOne is rolling out a new software system which promises to put an end to expensive cost blowouts and lengthy rollouts, five years after settling a public dispute with the Brisbane City Council over the implementation of one of its earlier offerings.

Dubbed “solution-as-a-service”, or SaaS+, the $3.8 billion enterprise resource planning software player will now offer customers an all-inclusive solution, in which there is one set fee for a guaranteed outcome, which incorporates the implementation of the software.
