SiteMinder shares surge 7pc as costs fall, travel returns

Hotel booking software company SiteMinder has returned to its pre-pandemic growth, continuing a travel bounceback that it tips will last into the second half as China, India and Japan open up.

On Wednesday, the company said revenue surged 30.4 per cent to $71.7 million in the six months to December 31, while the number of properties using its software leapt 10 per cent year-on-year to 36,600.
