Samsung’s tiny new flip phone is set to be its biggest seller
Amid a global sales downturn that’s seen mobile phone sales plumb new depths, the world’s number one phone maker, Samsung, is making a bold bet: fancy phones are back in fashion.
At its Unpacked event in Seoul, South Korea – the first time the Korean company has held a global product launch in its home country – the electronics giant announced a major overhaul of a pocket-sized flip phone that looks set to become its biggest-selling device in coming months, as well as an uplift to the features and price of its most expensive folding phone.
