Software billionaire Richard White will “step aside” from public duties as a representative of Australia’s high-profile technology industry body amid a legal battle with his alleged former lover.

The stoush between Mr White and Sydney wellness entrepreneur Linda Rogan erupted a fortnight ago after the WiseTech Global founder served a bankruptcy notice on his former alleged lover, and she applied to the Federal Court to have it thrown out.
