Locally-listed cloud software channel partner Rhipe is creating a consulting practice, designed to help its reseller customers offer new services like 24x7 helpdesk support and software implementation help.

The expansion into professional services began with its acquisition of Microsoft cloud service provider nSynergy in 2014 and took shape earlier this year when it also bought SmartEncrypt and Dynamic Business IT Solutions.
