A website created by one of the most notorious cybercriminal groups in the world is still live on the dark web despite reported attempts from US law enforcement agencies to stop the leak of nearly 1 billion customer records from 39 companies on Saturday.
Scattered Lapsus$ Hunters has been stealing the data of Salesforce customers, including Qantas’ Frequent Flyer division, over a series of hacks for the better part of the past year and earlier this week demanded the cloud-based software company contact them by Friday (US time) or all information would be leaked.
