Young entrepreneur Scott Stavretis has a big goal for his business outsourcing and call centre business Acquire BPO: for it to earn as much revenue from the US as it does in Australia, and do it within three years.

For now, the business derives about 80 per cent of its income from its Australian customers, but such has been the growth of a business that employs almost 7000 staff, mostly in the Philippines and the Dominican Republic, that Stavretis will debut on BRW Young Rich this year with an estimated $46 million fortune.
